Job summary

Swiftx Express in Dallas, TX is seeking a dispatch operations professional to manage daily parcel dispatch, assign DSP tasks, and monitor performance. You will recruit DSPs, onboard them, and design training to ensure service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with Mandarin bilingual ability and 1+ year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing. You will work in a fast-paced environment with rotation-based supervision and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
