Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Riverton, Utah seeks a Logistics Operations Leader to oversee DSPs, staffing agencies, and regional fleet activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and effective cost control.

You will develop and enforce QA protocols, monitor performance, recruit DSPs, and provide onboarding and training to raise service quality in last‑mile warehousing and 3PL contexts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and bilingual Mandarin; you will lead daily operations, conduct reviews,

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee and supervise operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
• Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
