Job summary

Swiftx Express is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support dispatch operations, assign tasks to DSPs, and ensure compliance with company standards. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and help design training to raise service quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, bilingual Mandarin, and 0–11 years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing. Rotational on-the-job training, PTO, sick leave, holidays, 401K matching, and health benefits are offered.
