Job summary

SwiftX in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient dispatch of parcels. The role requires bilingual Mandarin, strong leadership and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee DSP task assignments, drive process improvements, and help develop QA protocols. Onboarding of DSPs and training design are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Bilingual Mandarin required.
• 0–11 years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
