Job summary

SwiftX in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff, enforce quality assurance protocols, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate inter-warehouse logistics, lead budgeting and KPIs, recruit and onboard staff, and design training to raise service quality while maintaining efficient, cost-conscious operations. Fluency in Mandarin is required. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• 0–1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing/logistics experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Shift: 6AM–2PM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
