Job summary

SwiftX in California is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations, dispatch parcels, and assign tasks to DSPs while upholding company standards.

You will develop QA protocols, monitor performance, conduct daily reviews, recruit DSPs, and design training to improve service quality, with benefits including health coverage, time off, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required
• Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
