SwiftX in California is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee DSP and warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will supervise staff, enforce quality standards, and coordinate daily logistics to ensure reliable service.

You will lead budget management, track KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and design training to raise service quality. A Bachelor's degree and Mandarin bilingual ability are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.

Requirements

We will assign different supervisors to oversee various tasks, with on-the-job training provided through a rotational approach
