Swiftx Express in California is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs and warehouse staff. The role focuses on enforcing quality assurance, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across regional facilities.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, and staffing, lead training programs, and coordinate logistics between warehouses while handling daily operations and emergencies. Mandarin bilingual is required, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics.

• Able to perform under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
