Working Hours: 8AM - 8PM, 12 Hour Rotating Shift - Every other weekend off!

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for handling raw materials and finished goods. This position requires interfacing with the company computer ERP system and must demonstrate accuracy and proficiency in its use.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform order preparation and fulfillment, including order picking, verification, data entry, packing slip verification, bill of lading, and load/unload tasks in compliance with SWI 755-01.
• Perform receiving tasks such as load/unload, inspecting material condition, verifying paperwork, computer entry, and labeling as per SWI 755-02.
• Coordinate with quality for incoming inspections based on product requirements.
• Support production with kits or other material needs.
• Arrange freight carriers as required.
• Ensure compliance with First In First Out (FIFO) inventory management.
• Ensure materials are properly prepared to prevent shipment damage considering the shipping method.
• Handle verification and movements to and from storage in accordance with SWI 755-03.
• Coordinate with quality for customer and product requirements.
• Support internal Kanban processes.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory events as needed.
• Maintain a valid Fork Truck license.
• Follow good housekeeping and safe warehousing practices.
• Contribute to departmental metrics and goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ADA Requirements:

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Ability to work extended periods sitting and working at computers with repetitive motions.
• Visual acuity to operate forklifts, power pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
• Physical activities including stooping, reaching, walking, lifting, talking, and hearing.
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor conditions.
