Qualifications

Job Description

Assists with all general Receiving and Shipping operations in a GMP Warehouse. Supports the delivery of internal Production supplies and assists with sampling and warehousing operations for Production Raw Materials, Component Materials, Maintenance and Production Stores spare parts, and Laboratory Stockroom. Responsible for the proper storage of Final Products and shipment to international and domestic destinations. Manages storage of Master and Working Cell Banks, schedules pickups and deliveries to the Satellite Warehouse for BBC materials, and maintains GMP, safety, environmental, quality, and EEO/AA standards in all warehousing activities.

Required Skills and Education

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.
• Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with computerized inventory control.
• Ability to follow procedures meticulously and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a GMP environment is highly desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., perform bending, walking, and transporting materials.

Desired Skills

• Assist in Store Inventory Program functions, including Cycle Counts and Physical Counts.
• Operate Material Handling equipment.
