We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse network by managing relationships with vendors, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing inventory control processes.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing and Onboarding:
- Identify and evaluate potential warehouse vendors based on cost, capacity, location, and service capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage onboarding procedures for new vendors, including training and system integration.
Vendor Management and Compliance:- Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and address deficiencies promptly.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor facilities to ensure OSHA compliance and quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in warehousing and logistics.
Inventory Management and Audits:- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Customer Service:- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
Sales Support:- Assist sales teams in developing strategies to meet targets and promote warehousing services.
- Provide technical support during sales presentations and negotiations.
- Participate in industry events to network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum one year in a warehouse environment; proven vendor management, negotiation, and compliance skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office; ability to work independently and in teams; understanding of warehouse capacity and square footage.
- Other: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Experience with NetSuite and WMS.
- Logistics sales experience.
- SAAS experience.
