No prior experience is required, and you will be expected to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving attitude. The position offers pay at $15.50 per hour with room to grow and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and weekly pay.

Job description

Cardinal Staffing Services has an upcoming opportunity in Findlay, OH for Warehouse Sorters. As a Warehouse Sorter for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: Sorting, Product Quality Assurance, Inventory Control. No experience is necessary! This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation ($15.50/hour with room to grow) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shift - 1st shift (7AM to 3:30PM) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Sorter:

• Count/weigh incoming product
• Remove product from packaging
• Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.

Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Sorter:

• Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
