Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a large client in Rossford, OH. You will ensure that quality product is clean, undamaged, and ready to ship, supporting our client’s core operations.

The role offers 3rd shift hours (8PM to 6:30AM Sunday to Wednesday) with overtime as needed, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must stand for long periods.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a large, well-known client in Rossford, OH. As a Warehouse Associate you will be an essential part of our client’s core operations, ensuring that quality product is clean, undamaged, and ready to ship. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/HR) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shift: 3rd shift (8PM to 6:30AM Sunday to Wednesday) with overtime on additional nights mandatory when scheduled.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, sorting, and repairing of sheets, top frames and beverage pallets
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Completing daily paperwork and submitting at end of shift

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Job requires standing for long periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and follow through with assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate procedures and instruct others in a clear and precise manner
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
