Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Whitehouse, OH. Roles include packing, shipping/receiving, inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation, with general and forklift-specific openings.

Pay is $18.00/hour on first shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM); overtime may be required during the week and on Sundays. This fast-paced warehouse environment offers opportunities to grow across multiple areas.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Stand-up forklift and reach truck experience required for forklift openings.
• RF scanners and basic computer systems experience a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, prepare, and process customer orders
• Receive and process inbound and outbound shipments
• Load and unload pallets and shipments
• Pick, pack, label, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Scan items and update inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory control
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Operate stand-up and reach truck forklifts for designated forklift openings
• Verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Handle returns and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
• Lift materials and remain on your feet for extended periods

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Whitehouse, OH.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment! Depending on the available opening, Warehouse Associates may work in areas including packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation.

We are currently hiring for both general warehouse positions and forklift-focused opportunities.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.00/hour

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

*Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include:

• Previous forklift experience is preferred for other warehouse opportunities
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Willingness and ability to work required overtime
