Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Department Specialist to operate in our Burlington, NJ warehouse, supporting daily functions and acting as a subject matter expert for the assigned department. The role emphasizes hands-on training, on-floor guidance, and process improvement, reporting to the warehouse leadership team.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and collaborating on SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and leadership of processes.
• Ability to coach and mentor peers on best practices.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned warehouse functions.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Provide coaching to improve performance and address gaps.
• Work with leadership to identify skill gaps and SOP updates.
• Maintain safety, quality, and process adherence across the department.
• Assist in cross-training and workflow updates.
• Escalate safety concerns and process risks promptly.
