Job summary

TileBar is a leading tile and interiors company in the United States, seeking a visionary Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, lead a team, and drive efficiency, safety, and cost containment.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics expertise, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The position is based in New Jersey and offers a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, logistics and personnel management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, PIT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Operations Managers and oversee the warehouse team.
• Plan and coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of goods.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure task completion.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures for safety and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer and employee experience.
• Manage budgets and ensure operations stay within financial resources.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to meet operational needs.
• Ensure safety regulations and proper use of equipment.
