Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Burlington, NJ location to support receiving, packing, and shipping operations. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work a 2nd shift (3:15pm-11:45pm), and collaborate with team members to meet daily targets. Prior RF scanning and WMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with warehouse receiving and RF scanning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments and verify contents against invoices.
• Troubleshoot stock quantities, orders, or delivery issues.
• Unload, unpack, and organize merchandise in storage areas.
• Update inventory records to reflect receipts and locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain inventory levels and on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies on delivery schedules.
• Assist with picking/packing orders and inventory counts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
