Job summary

Bailey is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Consultant who sells, plans, coordinates, and executes warehouse projects from sale through completion, focusing on budget management, gross margin, technician utilization, and customer satisfaction.

The role includes sourcing automated solutions (VLMs, AMRs, AS/RS, robotics), collaborating with engineering, and coordinating with vendors and finance to ensure safe, on-time delivery and profitable results. Travel is extensive within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales in warehouse solutions, dock and door, or material handling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in field-based roles.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, CRM, and territory development.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell warehouse solutions including dock and door, racking, mezzanines, cranes, and automation.
• Source automated solutions (VLMs, AMRs, AGVs, AS/RS) and help manage projects.
• Project manage from sale through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and scope.
• Assist field technicians and coordinate installation of systems.
• Collaborate with engineering for designs; provide specs and field support.
• Develop budgets, monitor labor efficiency, and ensure profitability.
