Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a senior specialist to analyze complex warehousing and fulfillment opportunities and develop winning solutions. You will work with Solutions Engineering and IT Product Owners to optimize layouts, material flows, and processes for diverse client needs, while maintaining clear communication across teams.

You will develop strategies for warehouse services, assess risk and cost factors, and support sales with compelling client-ready content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
10 years of experience in industrial engineering, business process management, operations & supply chain management, or equivalent.
Experience designing warehouse strategies to improve efficiency and throughput.
Hands-on experience implementing innovative warehouse solutions balancing cost and scalability.
Strong analytical skills for TCO and ROI in warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex warehousing and fulfillment opportunities and develop solutions aligned to win strategy.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and IT Product Owners to optimize layout, material, and process flows.
Maintain effective communication across all team members during solution development.
Develop and maintain solution strategies for warehouse services including storage, handling, and value-added services.
Identify risks and propose alternatives to mitigate them and support the sales process.
