Capstone Logistics is seeking a Site Supervisor in Saint Cloud, MN to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring safety and productivity. You will train new hires, manage budgets, and coordinate schedules to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Oversee site operations with focus on safety and productivity.
• Create and balance daily bank deposits; maintain daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily; resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure associates follow Capstone policies and safety rules; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; hire and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry accuracy and daily payroll reporting.
• Complete daily closeout with cash balancing and SOP compliance.
