Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Tampa, FL. You will lead daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as priorities, directing shifts, training staff, and managing budgets.

The role requires at least 3 years of management in distribution/transportation, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Occasional nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, payroll records, and daily closeout.
