Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC, located in Saint George, UT, is seeking a Site Supervisor with 2–5 years of supervisory experience in distribution/transportation to join our team. The position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus and a benefits package after 30 days.

As Site Supervisor you will learn to represent Capstone with partners, manage daily activities with associates, and maintain safety and productivity as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills; ability to multitask.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, reading P&L statements, and preparing related reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and create daily work logs for transmission to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee data entry, payroll, and daily closeout in accordance with Capstone policies.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements and hire/train new associates.
