Job summary

Capstone is looking for a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at a North American distribution site. You will manage a team of associates, ensure safety and productivity, and represent Capstone with customers and partners.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics, excellent communication, and budget oversight. Opportunity for advancement and a performance-based bonus is noted.

Qualifications

• Warehousing, logistics or similar experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership in industrial settings.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Write and balance daily bank deposits.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports.
• Ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve issues for customers and associates.
• Enforce Capstone policies and safety rules.
• Lead weekly safety meetings with participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts; interview, hire and train new associates.
• Oversee accurate data entry for services performed.
• Complete daily closeout including cash balancing and payroll records.
