Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to train, coach and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to read P&L statements and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives and manage shifts.
• Oversee daily site operations with safety and efficiency focus.
• Maintain daily logs, deposits, and payroll records per policy.
• Ensure customer needs are met and resolve issues daily.
• Schedule shifts and interview/hire/train new associates.
• Prepare management reports and supervise data entry.
