Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, emphasize safety and efficiency, and manage a team. The role requires at least three years of increasing leadership responsibility in distribution/transportation and experience in supervising warehouse personnel.

You will handle scheduling, budgeting, training, and performance coaching while ensuring customer needs are met and processes are followed. The position offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in a changing warehouse environment.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; able to estimate rates and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure adherence to Capstone policies and safety rules; hold weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry and daily closeouts including payroll records.
