Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our Alcoa, TN site. You will prioritize safety and efficiency, oversee a team of associates, schedule shifts, and ensure service levels meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management experience in distribution or transportation, strong communication and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• BS/BA or Associate Degree with equivalent experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports and ensure customer needs are met.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Manage site and departmental budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements.
