Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Knoxville, TN to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and uphold service levels with clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive management experience in warehousing or distribution, plus budgeting, training, and leadership skills. Salary starts at $75K with quarterly bonus; benefits after 30 days including major medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets; read and interpret P&L statements; and prepare related management reports.
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Creation of daily work logs and transmission to corporate.
• Audit of daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry and payroll record administration per SOPs.
