Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Twin Cities, MN, with 3+ years of leadership in distribution/transportation. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while managing a team, with shifts 5 am–2 pm, Monday–Friday.

The role offers a $68k base salary plus bonus potential, and benefits after 30 days, including major medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in distribution/transportation.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and read P&L statements.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate.
• Audit of daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and safety work rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
• Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Supervise data entry for services performed.
• Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll records.
