Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping to efficiently prepare and process outgoing orders. You will ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and timely shipment while maintaining safety and compliance with standards and carrier requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a keen eye for detail. This role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety practices; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying shipments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets.
• Label and process shipments according to carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or quality issues.
• Maintain shipping areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure on-schedule shipments.
• Assist with unloading, receiving, and storing incoming shipments as needed.
