Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate in Chatsworth, CA to support daily operations. You will handle shipment receipt, packing, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift operation, RF scanner use, and strong attention to detail. Lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safe, compliant procedures in a fast-paced environment. Regular Monday–Friday schedule, with benefits on contract.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Standup forklift operation required.
• RF Scanner experience for inventory management.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and inspect shipments.
• Pack, prepare, and ship items per specs.
• Record shipments and receipts.
• Route materials to inspection or stock areas.
• Load orders using standup forklift.
