Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for logistics roles.
• 2–5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics experience.
• Experience in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proficiency with Shopify, ShipStation, Monday.com and related tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, verification, inspection, and data entry into the system.
• Coordinate outbound shipping with accurate documentation.
• Prepare labels, packing slips, and tracking numbers.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership on priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Clifton, NJ.

This is not a passive, clock-in/clock-out role. This is for someone who takes pride in precision, ownership, and operational excellence. The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator will oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure warehouse processes are executed seamlessly.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound receiving, including verification, inspection, and system entry of goods
• Coordinate and execute outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld
• Partner with operations, production, and leadership to align on priorities and timelines
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and process accuracy

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics
• Experience within apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, Chipply, Printavo, Shipstation and Monday.com
• Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work 8am-5pm EST with flexibility needed during peak seasons (i.e. Holidays)
