LEVEL UP YOUR TALENT GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Clifton, NJ team. This hands-on role oversees all inbound/outbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures warehouse processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in shipping/logistics, experience with apparel or consumer goods, and proficiency with Shopify, ShipStation, and Monday.com. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred for logistics roles.
2–5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics experience.
Experience in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods preferred.
Proficiency with Shopify, ShipStation, Monday.com and related tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee inbound receiving, verification, inspection, and data entry into the system.
Coordinate outbound shipping with accurate documentation.
Prepare labels, packing slips, and tracking numbers.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock.
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
Collaborate with operations, production, and leadership on priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.
