Job summary

LEVEL UP YOUR TALENT GROUP, LLC is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager to oversee all inbound and outbound shipments and maintain inventory accuracy in our New Jersey distribution operations. You will manage the full cycle of receiving and shipping, ensure proper documentation, and drive process improvements across the warehouse.

The role requires 2–5+ years in logistics, familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, and Monday.com, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics
• Experience in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods preferred
• Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, Printavo, ShipStation and Monday.com
• Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS/ERP or similar)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50+lbs.
• Ability to work 8am-5pm EST with flexibility during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receiving, including verification, inspection, and system entry of goods
• Coordinate and execute outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Partner with operations, production, and leadership to align on priorities and timelines
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and process accuracy

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager to support the daily flow of goods across its distribution operations. This role is essential to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across all inbound and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate operates with precision, takes ownership of process, and understands that strong operations are built through consistency and attention to detail.

The Role
