Job summary

Wagner-Smith Equipment Co. in Burleson, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, stocking, and shipping of products. You will communicate with vendors and customers to confirm orders and ensure paperwork accompanies shipments.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, restocking shelves, assembling and preparing items for distribution, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse spaces. Prior forklift experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience or training.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming products and restocking shelves.
• Shipping products by various carriers.
• Coordinating stock availability with customers/vendors.
• Ensuring all shipment paperwork is complete.
• Unloading trucks and placing items in correct locations.
• Pulling parts for shipments and preparing will-call items.
• Maintaining clean shelves and floor areas.
• Repairing, sanding, painting, and assembling tools from rental fleet.
• Keeping track of paperwork for outside repair and inventory.
• Performing other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving of incoming products and restocking shelves with products in their assigned locations.
• Shipping out products by various carriers.
• Talking to customers/vendors/locations regarding stock items and orders.
• Making sure paperwork is correct and accompanies all shipments-both incoming and outgoing.
• Unloads trucks and helps put items in correct locations.
• Pulls parts for shipments, packages and distributes them in will call areas.
• Make sure picking sheets are correct and picking sheets are with picked parts.
• Responsible for keeping shelves clean and neat and keeping floor area throughout the warehouse.
• Repairs, sands, paints and assembles tools from rental fleet and customer owned.
• Assembles Ground Sets and Cables.
• Keeps track of paperwork for outside repair and inventory accounting.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
