Job summary

ISG is seeking a Warehouse Support in Vancouver, WA to handle receiving, cycle counting, kitting, and preparation of shipments for domestic and international delivery. The role requires driving a box truck for local pickups and deliveries, forklift operation, and daily inventory management.

Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are essential. Primary responsibilities include verifying deliveries, packing finished goods, and supporting shipping/receiving processes,

Qualifications

• One year of experience driving a box truck.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify accuracy.
• Kit parts list for production orders.
• Wrap and photograph final products for delivery.
• Pickup/deliver material or finished product locally using company vehicle.
• Manage small parts inventory daily.
• Manage shipping and receiving material inventory.
• Review/update reports in Microsoft Office.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Support position is responsible for receiving material(s), cycle counting/physical inventories, kitting (picking) project orders, preparing finished goods for shipment (domestic/international), transporting goods locally via truck/box truck, and forklift operation.

Minimum Qualifications

• One-year experience driving a box truck

Key Skills & Competencies

• Requires organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Requires basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Requires basic working knowledge of kitting/picking, packing, shipping, banding/securing, and loading equipment

Job Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify for accuracy
• Kit (pick) parts list for production order
• Clean, photograph & wrap final product for delivery or shipment
• Pickup/deliver material or finished product locally (using company provided vehicle/box truck)
• Manage small parts inventory for production on a daily basis
• Manage shipping and receiving material inventory
• Review/update reports and files within various Microsoft Office programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

• Offering: $23 - $26 per hour
