MAT Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary GRI Engineering & Development, LLC are opening a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi.

Join our warehouse team to supervise receiving and shipping operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across inbound and outbound logistics. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, and SAP and RF experience, with familiarity in both shipping and receiving processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with SAP and RF systems.
• Experience in both shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on shipments.
• Oversee inbound receiving operations and prepare items for outbound shipment.
• Study orders and schedules to determine receiving priorities and work assignments.
• Direct movement of materials from receiving to storage and work areas.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspects material handling equipment and enforces safety policies.
