Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas.
• Supervise Warehouse Associates in fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Provide oversight to Associates in quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop PDPs; coach and guide Associates to improve performance and retention.
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits; document findings and take corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents per company guidelines and document results.
