Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations in a fast-paced environment. You will optimize people and technology, ensure safety, and maintain quality across multiple warehouse areas, including freezer, perishable, and grocery zones.

You’ll coach a team of 15+ associates, drive PDP development, and monitor KPIs like safety, productivity, and shrink. A strong background in warehouse operations and WMS is essential for success on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years related warehouse experience; supervisory exposure.
• Experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas.
• Oversee fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Instruct and oversee quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Coach and develop Associates; monitor PDPs and provide feedback.
• Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits.
• Investigate accidents per guidelines; document findings.
• Work on 2nd shift in a freezer, perishable, or store/grocery environment.
