Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage warehouse associates, ensure quality and safety, and drive KPIs across safety, productivity and retention.

Role requires 2–5 years of related warehouse experience, supervisory skills, and familiarity with warehouse management systems. Strong coaching, communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related warehouse experience; supervisory experience with 15+ associates preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; exposure to voice recognition, inventory control, and labor management is a plus.
• Team lead or supervisory experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse shift operations across one or more areas, including picking, loading, shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Oversee daily activities of Warehouse Associates in fulfilling customer orders and warehouse tasks.
• Instruct and ensure compliance with quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager to develop PDPs; coach and mentor Associates to improve performance and retention.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits and drive accountability.
• Lead accident investigations per guidelines and document findings.
