Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced, freezer/perishable environment. You will supervise warehouse associates, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with the Shift Manager on PDPs and performance feedback.

You will drive KPI performance for safety, retention, productivity, and shrink, while auditing operations, investigating incidents, and upholding company policies across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 15+ associates is highly desired.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems; voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus.
• Associates/Bachelors/GED/HS diploma in General Studies are acceptable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely supervise day-to-day shift operations of one or more warehouse areas of responsibility (AOR).
• Manage and supervise daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations.
• Instruct and provide oversight to Warehouse Associates in proper execution of quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager in development of PDPs; coach, mentor and guide associates; provide feedback on performance.
• Manage KPI's: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink and operational audits; document findings.
