Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in General Studies or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in warehouse ops, distribution, transportation or logistics.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

• Review and improve DC performance; address gaps and drive goals.
• Oversee annual operating budgets and capital proposals.
• Direct adoption of new processes, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Develop succession plans and coach teams for growth.
