Sephora’s Mississippi Distribution Center is seeking a Shift Coordinator to lead a team, balance inventory, and ensure accurate, safe operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, productivity, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced DC environment.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or relevant work experience, strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and the ability to train others. Starting pay is $23.50–$25.15 per hour with potential shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• College degree or relevant work experience required.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of how differing operating activities impact the distribution center.
• Use in-house systems to track and monitor work activities.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to other associates to meet goals.
• Communicate daily work goals to team and coordinate against defined plan.
• Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train associates in duties per procedures manual.
• Follow all safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to shifting requirements including overtime.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
