Job summary

Sephora Avon DC is seeking a Shift Coordinator to work closely with associates, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety and security standards. The role assigns tasks, monitors progress, and uses WMS systems to balance inventory and manage shift communication.

Strong candidates will have WMS experience, proficiency with MS Office, and excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities. A college degree or relevant experience is required, with flexibility for overtime and different shifts at this

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet standards.
• Operate in-house systems to track activities.
• Communicate daily goals and coordinate with shifts.
• Train associates on procedures as described in SOPs.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility for shifts as needed.
• Provide high-quality internal and external service.
