Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work a rotating or fixed schedule of 8 to 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics operations during assigned 12-hour day or night shifts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
• Manage staffing, workflow, and labor planning to meet operational demands
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members; address performance and conduct issues
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics; communicate results to management
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in audits, inspections, and customer requirements as needed
