Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the night shift in our distribution network. Sunday-Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, this role leads frontline associates, drives safety, and ensures efficient warehouse operations.

The position is based in the United States, with a national salary range reflecting our contract logistics leadership. Requires at least 18 months of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Blue Yonder Experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates, coaching and guiding to foster inclusion and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Support continuous improvement and drive efficient warehouse operations.
