Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor on our Night Shift to keep the distribution center’s shipping department running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, support daily planning, and foster a positive, high‑performance environment.

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–Completion. You will manage staffing, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement while complying with regulations and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of operational experience in warehouse/distribution environments

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and directing night shift warehouse activities
• Lead, coach, and develop associates to ensure high morale, work quality, and performance standards
• Train team members and manage performance through consistent feedback and accountability
• Identify root‑cause issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and safety policies
• Assist with managing operational expenses, overtime, and employee turnover
• Maintain high standards of equipment functionality, warehouse organization, and housekeeping
• Promote teamwork, communication, and an inclusive culture across the shift
