Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient product flow while building a high-performing team. You will direct employees, monitor performance, coach and develop, hire and onboard, and align resources to meet business needs on the night shift.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in warehousing, WMS experience, and strong communication; onsite work with potential overtime and a competitive total

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with leadership.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing employees.
• Ability to work the designated night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction to warehouse employees on night shift.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate warehouse activities with Operations Manager.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Interviews, hires, onboard, and develops team members.
• Monitor workflow, establish priorities, resolve operational issues, and adjust resources to meet business needs.
• Analyze operational data and changing conditions to improve performance.
• Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
• Support efforts to manage labor, overtime, employee retention, and operating expenses.
• Ensure warehouse operations follow company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards.
• Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and service.
