Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the operations area in alignment with quality management and client requirements. You will direct daily warehouse activities, optimize manpower and resources, and drive continuous improvement to meet service levels and performance targets.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires balancing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic facility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of logistics or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, SLAs, and KPI management.
• Experience managing budgets, labor planning, and operational resources.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to work around moving parts.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

• Authorize expenditures aligned with budgets.
• Communicate performance and risks to leadership and clients.
• Promote safe work procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support manpower planning and labor analysis.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
