Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Night Shift to lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will guide a high-performing team to move products safely, accurately, and efficiently while supporting customer service.

Responsibilities include managing people, processes, and performance, coaching staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. The role requires night-shift availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience coaching or developing warehouse staff.
• Able to work night shift and overtime.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct warehouse employees during night shift operations.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate activities with the Operations Manager.
• Coach, train, and develop team members toward performance standards.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and develop personnel.
• Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet business needs.
• Analyze operational data to drive improvement and decision making.
• Identify root causes of challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Promote engagement, accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture.
• Support management of labor, overtime, retention, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and federal/state/local requirements.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and service.
