Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Lead role supporting American Health Packaging in Columbus, OH. The position requires overseeing daily warehouse operations, training staff, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm, with duties including receiving, stocking, and coordination of shipments. Candidates should have 3+ years in warehouse operations and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic mathematical skills required for counts and discrepancies.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with good communication.
• Well organized with attention to detail and DC workflow understanding.
• Able to work overtime and maintain attendance standards.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks; familiar with warehouse devices (IE, forklifts, pickers).

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates and provide performance feedback.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
• Oversee shipping and general operations as needed.
• Provide day-to-day tactical direction and coordinate workloads.
• Verify received merchandise against documents and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and prepare orders for shipment.
